The Best Exercise?

If a picture is worth a thousand words, is a video worth a thousand pictures? I thought it might be interesting to do a video rather than writing an article on exercise. When I have time to set up my professional video camera and do an even better job, I will replace this video with the new one. Till then, watch and learn.
