In order to keep people from getting upset when I do not quickly respond to queries, I need to give you all some important information. I am extremely busy helping people improve their health, teaching classes, and attending professional seminars and conferences. I hope you can understand that it is because of this that it generally takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for me to answer my email. I will not diagnose or treat anyone through email, so please do not ask me to do so. I only make health recommendations to those who see me for a professional consultation and who have completed all of my forms including questionnaires, waivers, and diet logs. I am willing to work with people by phone, but my requirements are the same as for those who come to my office. Please do not send me any email attachments (files, charts, lab tests, etc.) as they will not pass through my email filter, and your mail will not get to me. Please give me both a daytime and an evening phone number so if it becomes necessary for me to contact you by phone, I will be able to do so. I wish you the best of health and a long disease-free and happy life.
