These classes have been scheuled
for 2007
All classes are held Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm - 9:00pm
The content of each class is designed to be the same, but since I am not
a robot, there will always be some variation. (Besides, I am always learning
new things, which is one of the reasons that many of my students have taken
this class two or three times)
Classes often fill up a number of months before
they start, so plan ahead and register early. The January 2006 class was almost
full by October 1st of the previous year!
The class location is the Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation (PPNF) which
is located at 7890 Broadway, Lemon Grove, California. Classes
are
always held from 6:30pm - 9:00pm. I generally arrive at 6:00pm to setup
for the
class. To register please call PPNF at (619) 462-7600. Although originally,
12+ years ago, my classes were 2 hours each for 5 weeks (10 hours) and cost
$60.00 to the Grossmont College Adult education department, they are now generally
8 weeks with 2 1/2 session for a total of 20 hours of
instruction.
The price (donation to the Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation) is $30.00
for members and $50.00 for non members. This is an absolute steal for the
knowledge you will gain. The foundation can only hold 50-55 in the lecture
room, so the class has been filling up as much as 2 months early each semester.
Any non class dates when I will be out
of town will be announce on the first day of class.
